I need two new toilet seats attached to clean and easily accessed toilet bowls. Should be a quick easy taskk for someone who has done this before. I can't work our the instructions! Before accepting, please ensure that you know the seat shown in the photos are compatible with the holes in my toilet bowl. The 2nd seat will be simpler.

When flushing the toilet, the toilet sometimes fills up and slowly drains and does a “Glug, Glug” sound. The water in the bowl sometimes is very low and most times stays low and this is usually when the “Glug, Glug” sounds come. I have plunged it a few times. Seems to make it a bit better, but need someone to check. I have previously pulled roots from the plumbing away from the toilet. So more roots may have grown back and need clearing.
