A pipe in my bathroom is leaking to the kitchen below. I can see the pipe that is dripping and have a bucket to catch the water. The pipe is accessible from the kitchen below. The pipes are exposed behind the fridge and the kitchen cabinets. So, you can physically reach it from underneath.
Stuart was able to identify and fix the leaking pipe in no time. And updated the pipes so it’s less likely to happen again.

Under mount sink in my bathroom. Vanity needs to be fixed, it's a stone top and the sink is ceramic. The correct bonding agent needs to be supplied.
John did a great job fixing my undermentioned sink which got detached from the stone top,John is very experienced in everything stone related and knew exactly what needed to be done. John took his time to make sure the job is done professionally without short cuts. Also great in communication and a genuine nice guy.
