Need to replace the cell in my astral salt water chlorinator, I have the part ready to install

My kitchen flick mixer is 1.5 years old and is leaking heavily. Water everywhere. Not sure if I need a new mixer or if it is a washer.

I hit a plastic water joint and cracked it a little now I have a small leak. Looking for someone to come and replace the joint.

Replace and swap over leaking tap in kitchen

Install a small section of irrigation to one small garden bed. The rest of the garden is irrigated and the pipe is running over the path. I need the pipe to run under the path to the garden bed, install irrigation in the garden bed and run pipe back to tap. I believe there’s been irrigation previously so should just be a matter of finding and connecting to the pipe under the path.

We need a plumber to connect bottle trap to our powder room basin and water connected. All materials are onsite. Also we have a mild odour coming from room...might be toilet or basin we are not sure. Would be great if connections can be checked for any obvious leakage.
