Need help to connect plumbing for fridge water and ice dispenser

Have 2 mixer hoses attached to the basin mixer in bathroom

- Install a timber retaining wall about 13m long 200mm high - Install stormwater pit or strip drain down middle of area shown connected to existing stormwater pipeline - Level existing ground with slight grading flowing away from house to direct water into stormwater drain - Install concrete in area shown

Toilet becomes blocked very easily, doesn’t flush everything down and fills with lots of water after several flushes. Worked fine after no use overnight and now it seems blocked again, like last night. We have no tools at home to unblock.

The mixer tap in the shower is now quite old and not so it's easy to adjust the hot/cold/water pressure so I think the mixer cartridge needs replacing. However, I have been advised that this kind of cartridge is old and a matching replacement cartridge may not be able to be found easily. I don't know if this is true or not. I suspect not. Anyway, I'm therefore not sure if this is just a cartridge replacement job or the entire mixer needs to be changed. (A bigger job) Perhaps you can quote me just the labour cost of replacing the mixer and then we can chat from there about further payment if the mixer also needs to be done. Obviously I will pay for materials such as cartridge or mixer, as needed. Thanks
