I’m taking out an old shower base and replacing with a new one. Existing drain and new drain hole aren’t lining up. Putting down a pre-made shower base. The drain doesn’t line up with the drain in the shower base. Concrete slab will need to be cut and jackhammered to move the pipe and align the drains. It’s just sand sitting around the current drain so I can be cleared out. Small unit in geelong west. Need done asap

Replace this toilet with a new one. The waste pipe needs to be moved down. It’s a brick wall so will need to cut through that. The current old toilet is mounted on some concrete so that needs to be taken away. Also going to a back to wall toilet, so the water inlet needs to be moved to the side cause it’s in the way. Plumber needed to remove toilet and replace with new toilet. You’ll need to stop by Bunnings or wherever and get a new toilet and then install it, and take the old one. Just a standard white cheap one for a 1 bed unit in geelong west. I’ll pay you for the toilet separately, the bid is for your labour /plumbing parts. Need done asap

Hi all The tap spindles in our shower are leaking. Apparently the shower rose is also leaking. It has caused damage to the walls, doors, skirts etc. We put in an insurance quote which was declined. Seeking: 1. the taps and spindles to be replaced (a hole was cut out of the plaster through which I am hoping they can be replaced) and ensure there are no further leaks anywhere. 2. A written expert opinion as to what caused the damage to the walls (ie whether it was predominantly the leaking spindles or whether it was instead worn grout and silicone).
