Need to install vanity and Laundry . Access to go inside as it is old house . Laundry and Vanity provided however all other accessories should be included in your offer. Vanity: as per given picture install including hot and cold water pipe underneath Laundry: Need to change position of laundry as per given picture. Laundry cabinet will be installed by us.

i need to change the old shower taps, change the hot and cold tap, and fit the new one, like the picture. i bought this new tap. and a shower head. how much you charge to fit these ?

Hot / Cold water taps in a wash basin are not working. Hot water tap is too tight and probably need washer replacement and seat resurfacing. Cold Water tap is not having water even in the on position. Probably tap spindle got disengaged from cartridge. Need to inspect and repair. Bottom cap / cover of both taps are really tight. Our place is 5 min drive from Bunnings, if some materials to be procured.

The underside of my kitchen sink is leaking. It looks like the seal has been damaged due to rust. The previous tenants may have left the parts to fix it(pics attached). I need it fixed before Thursday 20/06/24
