Needing a licenced plumber to replace a bathroom mixer tap with a new one. The new mixer tap will be supplied so install only needed. Photos provided are of the old mixer. We are in a unit.

Kitchen mixer tap leaking, needs to be replaced

Remove existing single bowl kitchen sink and replace with new double bowl. Will require cutting out laminex bench top an extra 100mm or so as new sink is longer. Fitting plumbing to existing drainage. Fit new mixer tap to sinkhole and existing cold and hot water supply.

Portable & relocatable bathroom. Install mixer tap assy on wall with threaded pipe protruding to the outside(25mm thick cold panel). Install shower drain in floor(10mm thick.) with a right angle outlet pipe underneath. Floor is 270mm off the ground. I have the shower mixer assy with head but nothing else.

It's a standard kitchen mixer tap from Bunnings. I'll supply the tap. I need the old one uninstalled and a new tap installed.

I'd like to change my traditional shower set up (2 separate hot and cold tap) to mixer tap without breaking tiles, wall or changing internal plumbing (pic 1). I think I will get this mixer tap from Grohe with an external outlet and then will connect my shower head to the outlet(pic 2). Please note The space between the 2 taps is about 200mm, whereas the space required for the Grohe mixer is 150 +-15mm. Grohe's thread is G1/2. To remove old mixer tap system and install new one

We have recently moved into new built townhouse and plumbing under the sink takes up the whole cupboard space. Would like this reconfigured so we can have some storage space under the sink. Also have new kitchen mixer tap as well as powder room mixer tap we would like fitted as purchased black mixers.

I have two bathroom mixer taps that have started dripping. I would like that fixed. I understand it is not just a washer it is a cartridge change. I would need the cartridge supplied for both and fitted. The mixers are both exactly the same.

The shower tap in our bathroom has been leaking and keeping the floor always wet. If needed, I can get the shower head replaced as well.

The house is a 2-storey home. The upstairs shower is leaking to the downstairs ceiling below. Not sure if it’s the pipe or the shower base that’s causing the leak

Need to possibly replace washer(s) in the water shower tap(s) to stop shower leaking. Need to remove seal and re seal with silicone afterwards. Have replaced the shower head with new shower head so that is definitely not the problem.

Fix these leaking issues: Leaking shower, dripping eventhough taps are tightened. Leaking laundry tap - have to really tighten tap for it not to leak. Leaking garden tap - also have to really tighten for it not to leak Quote should include everything that is required to fix these leaks. Parts, tools labour etc. Also let me know what is required to fix these.

Check out what causing the leak on the shower. Fixtures on the shower has been previously replaced, leaking stopped and now it started again. Noticed also when using other tap on the house it does leak more. I do not know what causing it. This is for my elderly parent’s place and was hoping someone could help them out. Would highly appreciate if you consider giving them a senior’s/concessioner’s discount.

Toilet button has popped out after we removed lid to navigate water running sound. Need plumber to fix both. Toilet seat is moving too, we want the seat secured.

The hinges are already on the door frame. The door is already painted, needs the holes drilled and handle fit. Also, the toilet roll holder hardware has come off the wall, this needs to be fixed also as it was pulled off.

Need to Fix toilet seat. The brackets look like they are broken. You put them back on and as soon as you sit down it slides off again
