Toilet seat is loose. We have tightened it but it just keeps getting loose. Maybe needs replacing. Happy to pay labour and parts

Toilet leaking and toilet seat falling off. It's due to age. A plumber recommend a new Chroma cistern kit which will replace the toilet seat, fix the leak and look more modern etc.

Toilet paper holder has come off the wall

I need someone to fix a leak in my aircon line running outside. The leak is where the Gyprock was meeting the line. I think it may have been cutting into it. The leak is what caused the wall to deteriorate and break. Should be an easy fix for someone who knows what to do! Cheers

I have water leaking into toilet pan

Easy/quick job if you’ve got the tools and done it before. Need to change the shower head. I have a hand shower (has an hose and no railing), attached to the shower wall and need it replaced with the other shower head I have. The other shower head is just a normal shower head from Bunnings - not a hand shower. Photos attached are of hand shower
