Find an experienced plumber in Green Point

Hi there, I am looking for a licensed plumber to inspect an issue with our Haier top-loading washing machine. We need someone to determine if the problem is related to: A simple hose connection issue, A more intricate plumbing problem, or A servicing requirement. I am not looking to have it fixed on the spot unless you’re confident and equipped to resolve the issue adequately. Price can be adjusted accordingly. Airconditioner is dripping water and the pipe needs to be flushed. Pipe is in my walk in cupboard and accessible. I know where and what to do I just cannot do it myself.

Drains located located under pavers appear to be leaking as there is a lot of moisture particularly after rain.

Did a final inspection of a house that I’m buying. Found water seeping through a wall. Need a quote for fixing it to put it across before settlement.

Connect a square pit drain to a 150mm stormwater pipe (near pool)…. In the photo, the square pit drain is above where the 150mm stormwater pipe is…. There is probably a foot of soil to dig up to expose the pipe (I can do the digging) And, connect a pipe to channel water run off from a newly installed strip drain (by pool) to feed in to a massive storm drain … this massive drain is less that 1m or from the end of the strip drain. (ee photo) Will need to supply pipe/connections, but I have the strip / pit drains - Due date: Before Friday, 28 October 2022

Removal and disposal of old 315l hot water tank that has been uninstalled. Needs to be today.
