Replace collar on toilet pan from pan to outlet maybe one foot in length as per photo

There is no existing connection between the different gutter levels as shown in the image. Water floods out of the lower gutter and falls onto the bricks below, causing water damage. The two levels need to be connected to avoid water flowing out of the gutter. You can see a downpipe connection in the photo but it appears not to be working (broken/ too short). The height is approximately 4.5m but up to 5m should be allowed for. Narrow space for set up- ladder or narrow scaffolding required.

Need a form of tap/ water connection for a dishwasher, we have a water source in the form of the kitchen tap easily accessible. We are located in an older apartment complex, but are on the ground floor and have easy access.

The flush mechanism has a missing /broken part whereby I can’t press it. The flush works but it’s missing the “pressing” thing. So I usually put my finger in and press it.

I can see water underneath the sink in the kitchen. The leak is slow - as in it’s not flowing but little a very slow drip. I can’t find the source amongst the pipes underneath the sink.

New taps have been replaced , need someone to inspect to make sure job was done properly and fix it not. Just moved in and want to make sure all is ok.

Need someone to come out today to unblock or confirm that toilet being clogged is a common issues so strata plumbing can come to fix it

Some of the silicone around the shower is coming apart. Job to re silicone the shower

As can see from photos, my wall/built in toilet's buttons stop working. I took the plastic cover off and the flush still works by manually lifting/operating, but when I put the plastic cover back on it doesn't work. Quick easy job for someone knows how to fix. Please let me know your call out fee .

I require my kitchen sink to be installed in my newly fitted out kitchen. The Benchtop is being installed today. The plumbing rough in is completed, I just need the below sink drainage, water inlets, kitchen tap to be fitted as well as having the infrastructure for the dishwasher. Obviously happy to pay for materials etc …I have the sink and tapware however would need two new inlet taps (one with a dual connection so the dishwasher inlet hose can be fitted) and would also require a P trap etc
