Hi!! We’ve recently purchased a property needing some renovations. We're looking for a quote from a licensed plumber/gas to assist with the following. Please note, we haven't inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don't have a floor plan yet, but we'll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). *Replacing the stove gas cooktop as a few burners are currently not working. *Replacing the toilet or servicing the old one (we’re not sure if it needs replacing yet, but we’d be keen to hear your recommendations). *Replacing the bathroom vanity and sink as it’s currently leaking and damaged. *Replacing the shower hose and head combination. *Servicing/checking taps in the laundry. One is stiff, one is leaking, and one washing machine outlet is leaking. *Addressing the water hammer noise in the bathroom's hot water line and the kitchen's cold water line. Potentially: *Replacing 3 taps and or washers and flexi hoses. *Replacing the trough in the laundry. *Servicing the hot water system. *Servicing the air conditioning unit. Installed fittings incorreclty plumber to redo waste and trap so it doesnt leak.

I require the services of a plumber ASAP to rectify an issue with my hot water system. The water is currently lukewarm, which is inadequate for bathing and cleaning dishes. Toilet flushing does a hissing sound. It fills the tank normally and water does not flow in the toilet bowl constantly. But something is wrong there. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 22 November 2023

I have an outdoor backflow/isolator for my retic which has a leaking tap. Require the leak fixed in order to run the retic. The tap is larger than those found in Bunnings etc - Due date: Flexible

Hi, seeking a qualified licensed plumber to check and repair plumbing in bathroom. Basin is draining slowly and sometimes hear bubbling sounds. It seems drain outside may be overflowing? Kitchen area just started making bubbling sounds too, despite water sink still flowing normally. Need someone to check and correct, ASAP. Thanks.
