Install 3 bidet sprays. The tap is inside the flush tank so would like to know how the plumber plans to get it done with minimal damage in comments.

The tempering valve and sensor needs to be replaced on the hot water heater. Leaking shower head needs to be fixed.

Install a tap that sources water from stormwater tank. There’s a pump that used to fill the toilet flush tanks using storm water but we shut it as the water was dirty. Remove existing laundry sink (image 1), lower location of pipes for washing machine to allow them to sit under new bench top (image 2). Add waste pipe for washing machine into s bend (image 3 location). New cabinetry will be installed once this has been done and will require fit off of new taps.
