Hi there, I need new toilet (on a budget) installed soon. I also want existing gas hot water system removed from house with new instant hot water system installed externally.

Shower head is continuously leaking

Looking at getting my rainwater tank and water pump checked out. Suspect requires rainwater tank cleaned

Can a specialist purchase an instant heat hot water system, preferably from Rinnai, a wall mounted instant heat electric hot water system to replace the broken one in the photo attached. Thanks Andy

Install 3 bidet sprays. The tap is inside the flush tank so would like to know how the plumber plans to get it done with minimal damage in comments.

The tempering valve and sensor needs to be replaced on the hot water heater. Leaking shower head needs to be fixed.

I have a leakage in my bathroom. It is most likely under the bath tub. I am looking for a plumber with the right equipment ( camera and rod) to check where the leakage is. And go from there

Jeep 2014 Grand Chareeokee 3.0 diesel leaking water from the back of the engine - Suspected from the top back behind the head cover of the engine. I have a hoist at my place, a garage I'm based in Heidelberg heights.

The plastic funnel piece from the drain hole to the drain pipe is leaking under the kitchen sink. I need this part replaced.

Add waste pipe for washing machine into s bend (image 3 location). New cabinetry will be installed once this has been done and will require fit off of new taps.
