Sometimes hot water does not work at all. Cold water leaks when in use

Drain for toilet, shower and kitchen are blocked. Had someone come out and try flush out with a jet hose but still blocked. Hopefully can come out today or tmw

I need a backyard reticulation system and timer set up for the back yard. I also have 2 water tanks that might be able to get working but seem blocked and the piping to one at the top from the gutter is broken. I would like the option of using the water tank or tap water for retic but I don’t know if that is easy to do as the tap and tanks and in different places. If you clean gutters too it might be helpful to get the water tanks working.

Installation of a pipe to connect an agi drain with a storm water pit. Approx 5m length and 80cm depth. See picture attached. The green line is the agi drain. The red line an existing storm water pipe (potentially option to connect to instead of running into the storm water pit straight), red line proposed new pipe ideally going into the storm water pit (purple marking in the corner).

I’ve added an outdoor bathtub to our back patio with piping to storm water drain. All that’s missing is the hot and cold water taps! Looking for someone to advise on what specific taps are needed (I can purchase) and to come and install hot and cold water taps. This wall connects to the kitchen so there should be hot and cold water plumbing available - pictures attached. Please reach out with any questions! Thanks

Hi, my toilet is leaking from behind the toilet, unsure what the issue is but when it's flushed water leaks from behind flooding the floor. Water is shut off currently looking at getting this repaired sooner than later as we only have one toilet. Thanks.

Shower re-caulking as the existing sealant has come away.

Pipe blocked last month. Unsure if root related or leaf blockage. Hoping a water jet would be able to clear.
