I have water leakage in the toilet between water tank and the toilet bowl

as shown in the pictures there is black mold forming on the grouting of my shower, around the doors of the shower and around the bathroom sinks.

Ive cut the wall out , found the leak I need to cut out the pin hole section and replace the copper pipe .

The sink is not draining And the dishwasher is also not draining

Stripped out laundry for reno, need to lower the pair of washing machine water taps and lower the pair of laundry sink taps to be below the bench top. Nothing is installed so its a straight forward job. Happy for a cashie

Hi everyone 😀 Just needing a handyman/woman that can pretty please help with a few maintenance issues around our house, looking for someone cheap with experience as in our home we can't do them ourselves lol, so if anyone has some extra time or knows of anyone that can help please send me a PM, Thankyou, muchly appreciated 🙂 Our Hisense fridge keeps leaking water from underneath, we aren't sure where it's coming from, we have tried to find the drainage pipe, pulled the fridge out but we wouldn't have a clue!
