Repair shower leak: Remove base of shower to find where waterproof membrane has failed ,replace failed waterproof membrane showers, replace Shower base and waste, retile and seal as necessary.

Toilet leaking every time it is flushed as pan cone rubber perished and rubber at floor level also worn out.

Are you a professional plumber with experience in tiling (if possible). Need to identify the cause of few tiles getting hollow, could be some sort of leaks from the kitchen bordering the wall.

I need a water tank removed as it is too big and wasting space. It is in a tricky position so may need to cut the tank etc but I will leave it up to you to decide. Tank is empty and assume still working, it’s just too big for us and blocking a path and we will replace with smaller one. Person to remove and take off site.

Need a licensed plumber to help me remove a vanity in the bathroom and install a new vanity. I am buying the vanity but not sure what parts/accessories etc will be needed, can you please advise? The vanity being installed is 1200mm long - I have attached a picture alongside a pic of the current vanity we need to remove. I just need someone to remove and replace the vanity. I will get rid of the old one. I need it done someday this week just not on Thursday.
