We have bought a new fridge with a water and ice dispenser We now need a tap behind the fridge to connect the cold water. The sink with water taps is approx 5 meters away There is enough space underneath the house to complete the connection

We have a basin that requires mixer and drain to be installed and connected to a cabinet that need to be wall hung..plumbing is already pre-prepared.

Outdoor pipe on second floor leaks at the pipe connector when spa is filled above the jet level, and when jets turned on water goes everywhere. Should be a matter of resealing the pipe, but note that it’s fairly high up the wall on the second floor to reach it.
