Removing old tap and installing a new Pull-Out Sink mixer

My small shower needs a regrout and needs to be sealed.

Original 1960s style shower with new shower head and taps. Taps and head leaking constantly after use, weak water pressure. Suspect needs new washers.

Shower tap won’t turn off, shower is leaking water

There are 2 photos of the old toilet that i used to design. There is a water outlet so I can connect it with a small hand shower, very convenient to clean up. And there are 2 photos of the new toilet of my new home. They are fixed into the wall and there is nothing I can do about it. I would like to have a water outlet near this new toilet like in the old one, so that I can attach a hand shower like that. Or any other way that allows me to use water near the toilet.

Dishwasher not draining (water pooling at the bottom) and not dispensing detergent I installed it myself and water is leaking from the water hose

Relocate laundry taps below benchtop to accommodate new cabinets. Taps are on an asbestos wall board which will need to be removed,disposed and replaced. Board is approx 1.5x1m.

Need someone to clear a shower drain. It's not completely clogged but the shower fills up very quickly

I need a water faucet installed on my kitchen sink. The current faucet has limited water flow coming out of it. What I need is recommendations and installation on a faucet that has excellent flow ie. without the restrictive water restrictive flow. The taps are fine, just the water faucet needs replacing, one with excellent free flowing water. I really need this done tomorrow. I need you to supply the faucet and install it. Simple quick job.
