1. Hot water pipe under the kitchen sink has started to leak at or just before the splitter junction. Circled in first photo. Need the leak fixed. 2. The tap just below this leak also sometimes leaks from the spindle so this tap also needs repair or replace. 3. Quote to replace kitchen mixer tap (Supplied or client supplied) 4. Depending on price, I would also like 2 outdoor taps replaced. These currently leak from spindle.

I have bought a Clara 595x450 Single & Mini Bowl Sink, to replace my existing kitchen sink. It will need to be undermounted on a marble kitchen top. The existing sink is a little deeper than the one I have bought.
