Find an experienced plumber in Kardinya

I have a mini dressing table and would like to attach a waste pipe and hot/cold water supply to it. There is a hand basin directly on the other side of the wall with a waste pipe and hot/cold water supply so would like to tap directly into that.

Front of house Gutter has 2 holes in it to drain excess water which was put in before I brought the property Problem here is that water drains out of holes onto path and driveway Am looking for someone with experience that can divert water elsewhere possibly with pipe

Replace 3 water sprinklers in Kardinya (Low pressure area) , ensure that it is in a good working order. My time is flexible. These sprinkles have already been working over the past 3 years, it would not pop up when I started about a week ago, bought some new ones (Bought 75mm, in lieu of the old one 50mm, Staff in Bunnings mentioned this is very easy to replace, it should take someone less than 30mins, but we got no idea, many thanks in advance. - Due date: Flexible
