Original pipes are there, a sink needed to be replaced - so JUST drainage needs to be connected can use tap from wall - don't need mixer connected plus I need a commercial sink plumbed in only a meter away from laundry sink

Remove hot water system and panels from backyard. Approx 2m long tank and 2 panels 2m x 1m. Is a 2 person lift (I cannot help) I have an old water system And panels that need to be disposed of.

Replacing old shower taps with new taps

Replacement of two toilet cistern outlet valves on 2 Fowler toilet suites. While older suites, I am very happy with the quality and not wanting to replace the whole toilet suite. I would just like the cistern outlet valves replaced as both sometimes just keep running inside the cistern. NC plumbing have advised the Caroma cistern outlet valve will be a satisfactory replacement, which I am happy to supply. I am seeking a fixed price (or approximate price) if fixed price not possible.

Hi - our current gutter / down pipe is unable to handle large volumes of rain. The gutters fill up with heavy rain and overflow. We want to add a 2nd down pipe in the attached picture. In the 2nd picture you can see how roof space funnels into 1 down pipe.
