looking for a plumber to tighten a loose kitchen tap, and replace a toilet seat

My Freezer is building up frost ice around coils in my Westinghouse Fridge/ Freezer and is not regulating properly. It eventually builds up too much ice and stops working. Fridge seems to be working fine. Need fixing asap.

Seeking a plumber to; 1) Install waste drain by connecting to existing ball valve on bath, core drilling through existing brick wall and running the drain to existing drain outlet. 2) Connect to existing copper water pipe that runs along the outside of the property, core hole through the wall into the room with the bath, run water service along wall with a couple of tee's and ball valves (see photos). Need done as soon as possible but can be flexible. Need someone reasonably priced, experienced and can do the job. Should be an easy job. Plenty of access. Plumber to supply materials.

Install new kitchen sink and tap. I will supply sink and tap. Plumbing is already installed. See pics.

Replace bathroom tap with a problematic screw. I need a bathroom basin tap replaced. I already have the new tap but the existing one is difficult to remove as there is a seized and threaded screw holding it in place underneath the basin and it is very difficult to access. It will probably require a reverse drill bit or possibly a dremel to cut into the head of the screw to enable removal with a flat headed screwdriver.
