Tap is constantly dripping out of the end, and at the hot/cold adjustment lever, despite being turned off.

Doing a laundry renovation and need to move the water outlets for the washing machine down under the bench that will be installed. Can either bring the taps straight down or down under the laundry sink taps. The current laundry sink and cabinet is being replaced.
