Toilet leaking, the water keep running. Maybe need to change the rubber ring.

Current system is Bosch. It still works but sometimes it causes vibrations and noisy (hammer sound - must be due to its old age as the noise only started not too long ago). I am thinking of replacing it with a similar one, either Rinnai B26 or Rheem 26. It should be a straight-forward replacement. It's installed at around 2m+ high. No accessory like temp control is installed.
