Hi, there seems to be an issue with our washing machine. It is leaking and we are unsure of the route of the problem, it could be a simple fix but we don’t want to be messing around with it. We are looking for someone handy to take a look at it to see if they would be able to easily fix it.

There is leak in the shower header of my apartment . I think we might need to replace the washers or valves in the tap ( both cold and hot)

The shower is leaking water. It would appear the tap cannot shutoff the water properly and needs replacing.

I have a Holman 4 outlet metal manifold that is connected to the garden tap. This has been working fine for quite a while but is now leaking (see photo). 3 of the outlets are connecting to an Orbit B-Hyve timer. I need this leak fixed ASAP but I'm also happy to replace with a better solution that will last.

After flushing there is a slight flow of water constantly in the toilet

Replacing a shower mixer in a house in Kingsford

Hi, I am looking to install a 1200 L rain tank on my property for the purposes of gardening and drinking water. My requirements are: 1. Install rainwater tank on a raised platform 2. Connect piping from the gutter into the rainwater tank 3. Add a leaf eater and first flush diverter 4. Add overflow system into stormwater drain 5. Add two taps as outlets for the tank 6. Ensure all outlets are protected from mosquitoes 7. Add a tank gauge 8. Optional, install gutter guards I will pay for the labour costs. The hot and cold taps leak when I use the washing machine flooding the laundry, hopefully it's as simple as changing washers.

Toilet and kitchen caulking updating, dishwasher drainage

Gutter is dripping, appears to have had some kind of mending before hand? Well before we moved into the place so not sure of the condition or the mend. Will need to bring your own ladder. Price for parts and labour.
