Our toilet seat link is broken and needs replacing. The same toilet has also had issues being blocked. It is now causing blockage in other areas (shower, kitchen sink).

The gully trap or kitchen drain outside is blocked, likely from cooking oils being washed down the sink. I need someone to clear the blockage professionally, possibly using a drain auger or high-pressure water jetting.

Relocate pvc hot and cold pipes cut and run them horizontal 1.0m from under top plate down studs 2.0m and back to vanity (4 elbows required)

Vanity piping needs re locating inside wall plaster already removed.. approximately 4 bends required

The bath drainage pipe has come away from the bath underneath and water has escaped under the bath. Access to the pipe, as per photos

Installing second washing machine. Have a spare hot tap for it to hook to but it requires cold. Cold tap already being used by 1st washing machine. Need hole in cabinet cut to bigger size to fit extra hoses. Need drainage hose of 2nd attached to pipe to drain. Going to bunnings to buy extensions for of the above now. Plumbing work to be done asap please.

Originally the shower had a base but now we are wanting to tile the base. The pipe needs to be lowered further into the slab. It will require chipping the slab so the pipe can be lowered....both inside the house and outside. Then a drain trap installed ready for tiling.
