We have an obsolete Caroma toilet with parts no longer able to be replaced and a very temporary fix to the push button as a result. We want a short term (2-3 year) fix before we are in the position to do the whole bathroom. What we hope could be done: 1) Removal of the old toilet 2) Replacement of the toilet with a new, basic white ceramic model (which can either be included in the quote for ease, or we can source if told what style may work) 3) Disposal of old toilet HOPEFULLY minimal disruption to existing tiles as we will refloor when we do the whole bathroom renovation down the track (as in remaining in tact - you'll note from the photos we are currently removing old paint etc. anyway as the floor had an epoxy coating - they are not in good condition so surface damage is fine, more worried about substantial cracks/breakage). Note, our 'Budget' is WITHOUT toilet cost, so feel free to include quote/with or without and specify.

On/off valves for the water supply to both the dishwasher and refrigerator will not switch off completely so the mains has to be turned off e.g. to move the appliances to clean under them.

Silicon seal to be put on 2x thick drain pipes outside laundry and kitchen. Pipe is bit cracked and water is leaking bit by bit. Need to put a strong silicon seal to prevent leakage.

It's a pipe for swimming pool, only a small hole, just look the picture, today is better, tomorrow also is okay
