Today we noticed a roof leak, with water dripping into our kitchen. I have taken a few photos with arrows pointing to where the water is coming in, but also of the roof itself. From having a quick look it seem the room has some wear, which I have tried to circle in the photo, although I am not sure that's the reason.

Hi need help with sink drain been blocked. We have 2 sinks and water drainage is super slow one is completely blocked. One tap is bit leaky. Location is Marrickville its a shop so need it done as soon as possible. Today in evening in night would be ideal. Otherwise can schedule time tomorrow.

I’ll need an installation of a water filter system by connecting it to a new mixer. Photos attached. I need to avoid drilling a hole in the bench/sink, but change to a new mixer instead, and no new plumbing involved afaik.

Currently have a bit of water coming up from the floorboards. Need a handyman to have a professional look at what is needed to fix, and to retile. I don't have the tiles yet but once you have a look I can purchase based on your advice and have you come back to tile. Anytime this week would be perfect, the sooner the better. We have a loose nut on a hose pipe connected to a sink mixer tap that is not properly tightened, causing the pipe to leak. We were able to tighten it to slow down the leak but it's still leaking. There is limited access behind the sink due to some shelving which cannot be removed (see photos). We unsuccessfully attempted to fully tighten the nut with a basin wrench but found it difficult to tighten, probably due to our inexperience. We also tried to use an adjustable wrench but it was too long to get it into the right position to tighten the nut. We don't want to waste your time or our time so only bid if you’re a licensed plumber and you are confident you can fix it with minimal time and fuss.

I have an outside bath that is sitting close to outside hot water service. I'm hoping to have hot and cold tap installed nearby the hot water service. Looking for someone that is certified as a plumber. Im hoping to have the taps mounted to a piece of wood which will sit on stakes in the garden bed. The bath is very close to the hot water service (as pictured). I’m hoping for flexible connection between hot water service and pictured taps. You’ll need a drill bit to drill the wood backing for the taps.

The water shutoff valve for the toilet is old and doesn’t stop water if you turn the tap all the way to close. Better if we replace it now as it is quite old.
