Licensed Plumber with Form 4 submission needed for bathroom renovation like for like except for mixer to be wall mounted, and the shower drain to be relocated around 30cm. Removing and fitting new toilet, mixer, and shower mixer. Will likely need two trips; before and after some tile works; so must be coordinated with the tiler. Location is McDowall 4053.

I need a plumber to install 2 new toilets( the whole set), including all the plumping work, removal and discarding the old ones.

Just looking to move a hot water system from one side of a large laundry cupboard to the other side ( on the side wall) so cupboard can be replaced with a smaller cupboard to fit more bench space .

Our hot water has become inconsistent. Only hot at certain outlets in the house and cold in others. Electrical checked and ok. Suspect faulty tempering valve.

Laundry sink tap is leaking and an outdoor tap leaks when a hose is connected to it wasting a lot of water

We are unable to do the washing machine, as the sink can fill and overflow within 3 minutes of the cycle. please see the attached pictures to demonstrate the problem. Each time the water is engaged, it backflows up into the tub and fills it quickly.

We are looking to have our tap in the front yard removed.

- The hot water tap does not work to the laundry as it leaks largely when turned on - The upstairs shower leaks through to the downstairs whenever there is heavy rain

2 x 600 & 1 x 1200 vanities taken out - I will arrange plumbing re-connection and order vanities to be installed.
