Is it about the same cost in effort (service) to replace a tap mixer vs replacing two flexi-hoses? 1. Supply and install 2 x mixer Flexi hoses (laundry) 2. 2 x Install owner supplied basin mixer 3. Supply and install pressure limiting valve on hot water system Please let me know if you need more details.

I'm renovating a bathroom and need a plumber to do a few things before I tile: - move washing machine water inlet (blue circle) to corner with green X. Also move washing machine waste into same corner otherwise we can tap into the vanity waste if that's not possible. - move shower mixer position to green X and cap off bath water inlet. - move hot and cold shower water inlet pipes to suit height of new shower combo. - come back to fit mixer and install new skew pan (I supply) toilet suite after tiling is finished. The waste pipe is 225mm high off the floor. The new pan's waste pipe is 185mm high off the floor so we need to cut down the height of the 100mm toilet waste pipe in the wall to match. Please make an offer on your HOURLY rate so we reduce fe.e.s and I will pay you based on the hours worked. I will supply all tapware. This plumbing will be behind a tiled wall so I prefer the joints are brazed.

I need a person with the qualified certificate/s to drill a hole in the cupboard for the connection of the pipe of the washing machine to the sewerage and check if the sewerage is ready for use. If the sewerage is not not ready for use (as it might be a newly installed pipe), I will need the sewerage to be drilled as well. A test of the new washing machine will be required after the work/s done. Please see photos for reference.

Inspect and unblock a floor drain in the bathroom (not in the shower) that seems to not he able to drain water - it is not over flowing, the water just sits above the drain.

Both toilets are trickling constantly a tiny bit into the bowl without flush being on. I have turned water off.
