I have a bathroom and toilet that needs to be installed. I can provide basin, tapware, vanity, mirrior cabinet, tiles, toilet, shower glass etc.

Currently all the plaster is off so pipes are exposed, need to complete the plumbing for the rough in stage. Bathroom shower needs to be changed into a mixer tap and shower base needs to be mud in. Laundry sink sewer pipe needs to be caped and washing machine taps lowered. Gas cooker outlet is really long, needs to be shortened and connected to the cooker unit. An old gas pipe that's been disconnected and capped is sticking out of the floor, the pipe needs to be shorted and removed so floor can be patched. Need a compliance certificate provided

Looking for a second, third quote/opinion on plumbing. We recently had our sewerage system CCTV and Jet blasted to clear the blockage. We were told we needed to dig up and rebuild this section of the drain due to roots. It’s about 3 meters, can someone please provide guidance and quote for this?

I have a toilet that has been running constantly and need to fixed. I replaced the seal inside the sistern after watching a Youtube video, but I either got the wrong seal or installed it incorrectly. I'm sure this is a simple job for someone who knows what they're doing. It is a "Fowler" brand, but the internal parts say "Caroma"

Noticed small drops of water inside bottom of cabinet below bathroom sink. Identified dampness coming from area circled in attached picture. Not other obvious signs of leakage. Need help diagnosing issue/sealing leak.
