My fridge is not working properly, making warm despite it is running. The freezer compartment is ok, the brand is Haier and it's 4 years old. I checked the back of the fridge where the condenser coil are there and it's not hot at all.

I have a bitumen driveway (13 m x3 m) and a bitumen pathway (9 m x3 m) I need pressure washed to remove some minor surface algae. Person must have and use a rotary head attachment on a reasonably powerful machine to do this job properly .. I absolutely don’t want the pressure wash done with only a wand attachment. Power outlet available but you’ll need at least a 20 metre extension lead if using an electric machine.

Leaking tap in shower, constantly dripping and getting worse

Hi all, I’d like to install a handheld spray for 2 of our bathrooms. We can supply the spray. Must be licensed plumber and certified. We’d like to compare quotes but this is 100% going ahead and needs to be done before end of next week

Shower drain is very slowly blocking when having a shower. About 10 minutes into the shower the drain pipe is full and the shower base starts to puddle water. Seems to be a blockage starting to form. I'm after just a cheap fix or solution. I have sold the house and move out in June so just need to get by until then.
