Will needs to fix insinkerator, no longer working, and replace 2 mixers (laundry and bathroom).

We require two towel rails to be reattached to the bathroom wall. One of the racks was reattached at the end of last year but it has come off again. This is a small job but we need it to be done well. In addition, we would require a new shower head to be attached to the current shower fixture.

The toilet is licking - needs to be fixed

The bathroom sink is not draining and is very slow. Water also backs up into the drain on the bathroom floor. See the photos of the sink with standing water and the floor drain bubbling.

1. Our faucet aerator keeps coming off - please can somebody fix it. I feel the thread of the tap might be the issue We’ve tried several times even used silicone and tape to no avail.

Kitchen sink was blocked and after plunging I noticed it had fixed itself. But today while gardening I noticed a rock bed with kitchen waste on it. When I dug up the rocks I saw there was an access point that was blocked pretty bad. Sink is still draining but need to get this pipe freed up
