The toilet is licking - needs to be fixed

Replace an old gas boiler with Rheem 20L 60DEG Hot Water Gas Continuous Flow NG ( already purchased) Looking for a qualified plumber that will install properly and provide a gas certificate

The bathroom sink is not draining and is very slow. Water also backs up into the drain on the bathroom floor. See the photos of the sink with standing water and the floor drain bubbling.

My toilet keeps running, probably an easy job but I can’t seem to work it out

One of burner of my griddle is gas leaking.

1. Our faucet aerator keeps coming off - please can somebody fix it. I feel the thread of the tap might be the issue We’ve tried several times even used silicone and tape to no avail.

Expand the pipe to level with raised garden. Plus Repair water cistern in a toilet - valve is leaking

Remove current sink tap and replace with new sink tap (see images of old and new sink tap). New sink tap provided however BYO tools to complete job.

Kitchen sink was blocked and after plunging I noticed it had fixed itself. But today while gardening I noticed a rock bed with kitchen waste on it. When I dug up the rocks I saw there was an access point that was blocked pretty bad. Sink is still draining but need to get this pipe freed up

Remove and dispose of water tank. Direct access under house.

Caroma toilet needs to be reinstalled - removed for new flooring. Back outlet. New floor about 30mm higher than old. To accommodate water tap the side of toilet has cut out, this will need to be made a bit bigger. I have white silastic for adhesive to floor. Need it done ASAP please.

Guest toilet only leaks from the base of the toilet when the larger flush is used .

Noises at the back of the fridge, the cooler doesn't get cold anymore.

I want to replace my shower head, I have the shower arm and head but am having trouble removing current head. So need someone qualified to do it or tell me if not feasible. I have 3 shower head options in the pictures Thank you

I have tried but something is wrong with my taps I’m looking for a plumber to come around and help fix please, let me know what to buy and I’ll grab before you come

Accidentally snapped the earthing prong off my fridge plug. Need to have this fixed ASAP and if possible have the lead extended about 10-30cm to avoid it happening again.

Tap is on, what ya gotta do is turn the tap off so I don’t have to head home early. You might get a light spritzing from the sprinkler on the way.

My dishwasher drain is blocked and I am not able to clear it. I suspect the pipe from the dishwasher may need to be removed and reattached.

Have 2 shampoobasen needing plumbing looked at. One of them water is leaking. Need to get both installed properly.
