The tap in the kitchen sink is leaking above and below where the spout swivels on the tap.

I need some help with my retic, station 5. it has 7 sprinkler heads which all work but some sit too low and I think one must have a leak. I don’t think I need to change the sprinkler heads but will take your advice. I have a second problem with station 9 which feeds some plant sprayers, which all still work. However there seems to be an old pipe which is leaking on the same station and needs fixing
