Water is leaking into the toilet bowl constantly

The people behind came to report water coming onto their property. In the back corner of my pool shed water is spraying up - it is coming from a split retic pipe. It is hard to get to because of its location.

Plumbing required ..water pressure low when on hot water mode and sink needs dejamming

Fix leak coming from base of toilet. Also need a slow leak from shower fixed.

Our hot water system has gone out, with no hot water at all. Gas is fine and water pressure is normal. I can't hear the unit turning on so I'm assuming it is broken. The unit is a Rinnai REU-VR2626wg Initial quote to check and then more than happy to pay for install + new unit. We have no hot water so tomorrow would be ideal!! I'm happy to either buy the unit myself or if you have an equivalent then you can add to the quoted price.
