The bathroom tap is leaking and the hot water knob wont work/ very hard to turn. Kitchen tap is broken and the hot water tao wont work and turn (may need replacement tap)

Hello My place is extremely rundown and need help. The last trade says the place got cockroaches and fleas and ask to cancel. But I thinks it’s the bathtub which he does not want to work with. So I am modifying the scope to exclude bathtub. 1) Remove 2 old broken toilets and install new ones 2) remove old vanity and install new one 3) remove and replace 5 broken taps You need to source materials from Bunnings and I will pay for it.
