Replace washer on a tap and replace flush valve

Toilet fan not working. Needs fixing or replacing.

Please see the photo, the connection of pipes is leaking.

I have a blocked 100mm to 50mm storm water reducer beneath my balcony. The reducer is located after a bend. The job is to remove soffits, replace the reducer onto the vertical section of pipe, restore the pipe and replace the soffits or install new soffits. Painting will be by owner I have also included some photos from construction phase

We have a blocked kitchen sink drain. I'd suspect the blockage is further down the pipe and requires jetting. Appreciate offers.

Kitchen tap is leaking, needs washer change etc

Hi, I am Mandar Pradhan from Mount Waverley. I have moved into a new house and unable to use the washing machine 1. The current water pipe has an extension which cannot be inserted through a hole near the laundry area (Pic 1 - current water pipe extension, Pic 2 - hole near the laundry area towards the water tap and Pic 3 - Water connections under the sink) 2. If a pipe to be replaced or to have an extension added, need a plumber's help to be able to do that 3. Washing Machine to be put back into the laundry area slot which has been allocated (Pic 4 and 5) - A slot for the washing machine). This would require a trolley and a wrapping thread to be used to move it into the slot. Thanks and Regards, Mandar Pradhan.

Unfortunately our washing machine drain hose does not reach the drain pipe. Also need it connected to the drain pipe.
