We need some plumbing rectification

I want someone experienced in roof plumbing to install a flexible water pipe from the front gutter to the downpipe, as when we have heavy rain, gutter overflows and leaks. Also same flexible water pipe from the back gutter to another gutter. See photos for more information. So overall, 2 water pipes at the front and 3 at the back. I can pay overall or hourly as well

Install 'evekare Smart Bidet Toilet Seat with Remote' Will need to remove the current toilet seat which is on a skirted toilet. The water inlet is on the inside wall of the toilet tank (as shown in photo). Installer will need to solve for the T connection and new water pipe required to install in the new bidet seat. Need a licensed plumber to install.

Need a dripping garden tap replaced. Drips mildly but can’t turn off

The plug part has become snuck for an unknown reason and needs to be unplugged/released

I have a blocked 100mm to 50mm storm water reducer beneath my balcony. The reducer is located after a bend. The job is to remove soffits, replace the reducer onto the vertical section of pipe, restore the pipe and replace the soffits or install new soffits. Painting will be by owner I have also included some photos from construction phase
