Fix leaking bathroom tap. I believe it could be the tap seats that need replacing. It is leaking from the spout despite the taps being turned off tight.
Shaun was an absolute gentlemen and very professional. He was quick to respond to messages and was in contact the whole time. He fixed the issue with the tap and also changed the other tap aswell so we don’t have the same issue at no extra cost. Thanks Shaun 😊

Requiring re plumbing of external water pipe work, approx 25m piping to be reconnected to sawed off point of source pic 1. Existing external pipe work was stollen and cut off at point as well at wall cavity, at bathroom, kitchen and toilet.second pic is the access point to bathroom. Currently there is no ceiling so accessing all the points of connect should not be an issue. Will require installation of wall water heater also. Looking to replace external copper pipe with alternative suitable product. Apologises unable to provide more pics to help outline the scope of the job. Happy to answer any additional questions.
