Leaking taps and shower , 15 years old house, old taps might need replacement

there is a gutter joint leak on the second floor of my house.

Our toilet inlet pipe is leaking possibly due to valve issue or washer. We bought a new fill valve just in case and require somebody to look into it and replace the valve or washer.

I have a few issues with my irrigation. I need one sprinkler replaced. One station doesn't work, so I need to have that looked at, and I need some sprayers connected to water pathway trees.

Experienced plumber needed to install kitchen mixer tap

We have a tap that's connected to a dishwashing hose but it sprays and drips water when turned on

Located Grange. I have removed an old sink and need a new one installed. I have purchased the new sink that has wastes and re-cut the bench hole so that it fits. I’ve also purchaed the water connectors, tap and double bowl connector. Just a bit beyond my ability and don’t have time with the kids etc.

We changed the water filter on our kitchen sink and soon after discovered our Hisense dishwasher was not functioning. When trying to use it we can hear it trying to bring water through but fails and an F12 error comes up.

The shower is not sprinkling water properly. The head needs to be fixed.

Small leak on side of flush. Leak stops when flush empty. Possibly gasket between flush and bowl needs replacement. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 6 March 2024
