My shower is dripping and needs a washer changed and my outdoor hose

Need to connect up gutter from garage to main stormwater pipe on other side of property. I will dig a trench (20m) but need a qualified plumber to connect it all. Happy to exchange phone numbers and negotiate different price.

I currently have a Dorf Sink Mixer tap installed. I have purchased the Pull Down version of the same tap. Looking for a licensed plumber to remove the old one and install the new one.

Plumber has confirmed the storm water pipe is broken. We need to locate where it is underground.

Need the current downpipe extended to near ground (approx 3.5m), and then the ability to attach a pipe to it - so can direct water on to lawn. Happy for PVC, no need for metal. Would like the current angled piece removed, so pipe goes straight down. It was like this because it previously feed onto a pergola roof (since demolished). This will be a fix for moment, but needs to be robust enough to over next month or two - serve as the incoming pipe into a small water tank. 2 other smaller jobs - (1) toilet: fix slight leak and loose water on/off fitting (moves freely - doesn’t turn off water) and (2) replace outside tap (just to simple, single tap only).
