Replace kitchen sink. Purchasing a new kitchen sink (pictured) - same measurments as the current one which is just a standard stainless steel one. Just needing it replaced. I presume it will be a straightforward job,

- Sauna not heating up to max temp (4/8 heat bars working) - Toilet seat in women’s bathroom is not bolted on properly (wobbly), hidden bolt so I can not do - Shower handle that holds up shower hose has come off wall - Shower temperature is not reaching max heat (sometimes too cold) - Tap temperature is opposite (hot is cold and cold is hot)

I have an outdoor sink in a bbq set connected to cold and hot water pipes and waste pipe. I have sold the bbq and just need it disconnected and capped.

Need to replace the silicone sealant around the shower. It was done recently with the mould cleared out, but it wasn't done properly so it needs to be cut out and replaced with new sealant. See photos for the silicone that is there currently, it's quite bumpy and messy and hasn't sealed the shower properly. Preferable to use a clear, mould free silicone such as Selleys Wet Area https://www.selleys.com.au/products/sealants/selleys-wet-area-silicone/. There's also a leak in the shower screen (I think?) that needs to be fixed, not sure how that would be done exactly though. Perhaps it's with sealant, or maybe something else. - Due date: Flexible

The silicone sealant throughout the shower has gotten mould underneath and needs to be properly replaced with a clear / wet silicone sealant with the mould cleaned out. The shower also has a leak which I have found the cause of which will need to be fixed somehow (maybe a sealant over it?). See the first photo for location of the leak. - Due date: Flexible
