I have an incinerating toilet which needs the element changed by a qualified electrician.

Need a handyman or plumber to swing by Bunnings and use a few parts to connect my washing machine’s water inlet and outlet hose to my kitchen tap. They are approximately 2 metres apart

Fix or replace existing sprinkler controller and regulator that leaks due to water pressure.

We need our BBQ gas connected. The gas outlet and BBQ are already in position. I also need the pipes under the bathroom sink replaced. The plumber who installed the waste used Flexi-pipes, which have stretched over time, and the pipes now catch on the lower drawer. The taps in our laundry won’t turn off. They have previously been connected to the washing machine, we have had to turn off the water mains to remove the washing machine. The taps won’t budge and need help fixing them so we can turn the water mains back on. Don’t need a full service, just fixed enough to turn water mains on so it doesn’t flood the house.

I have an old toilet and I needed the button replaced but it’s an old imperial fitting so I have to instead replace the entire outlet valve. (They don’t make the button anymore) It’s just a quick 20 minute job but I’m not confident enough to do it. I have the part. Just need it installed.

I have an old free standing tub that is held up with two metal brackets on the wall. That tub needs to be removed and replaced with a 1500 double sink that has legs and a pot rack underneath. I just need the plumber to fit and supply plumbing sink outlet drains and obviously fit the sink. Dryer next to current sink will be removed.

Hi there Hope all is going well! Hope you can help me. I need someone to do the following please. 1) I need to disconnect 3 pipes (copper? hot and cold pipe and a plastic drainage pipe) from my bathroom basin and put ‘block’ om them. 2) Also cut them at the point where they go into the wall. (they connect to a sink in the next room). Not shown in pics. Fee: I have kept this job a bear minimum to help reduce fees. I have put $100.
