Supply and install a new toilet.

My Toilet drains very slowly. The same is observed in the bathroom sinks. So its not just one toilet, I think its the bathroom drainage. I believe it can be unclogged through one of the drains. Looking for a plumber, as I cant figure out which plunger to use.

The cold tap leaks and cannot be fully shut off. Feels like more than a busted washer, tap may need replacing.
