** Hi all ** 10/12 - Apologies about the edit to this task. I had a good suggestion that it was silly to fix the mixer tap but better to replace it (which makes sense). I would need someone to grab a similar mixer tap from bunnings and install it (of course making sure it doesnt wobble like the current one). If you could please quote/price the job including purchasing/supplying the mixer tap *** Mixer tap in the kitchen sink is loose. See attached still images and I can text a video to you if required. Needs some sort of attachment above and below the sink line perhaps to tighten and hold it in place. You can see from the images that there is a black grommet which has broken that perhaps used to keep it in place more.

We are after someone to advise us of a leaking shower base issue. Water is getting underneath shower base and we are usure of what the best fix is. Will add photos this evening. We would pay the fee just for good advice from someone who has had experience with these issues...not the work itself

I have a leaking shower head - constant dripping To stop and slow it down the hot control knob needs to be tighten however it is not possible to replace the washer.

The tempering valve and sensor needs to be replaced on the hot water heater. Leaking shower head needs to be fixed.
