Possible blocked sewer - plumber needed. Toilet is making a gurgling sound when flushed and have noticed toilet paper waste outside.

I have a 10 kg LG front loader, it is only one and a half years old, it works like new, however, I decided to wash my linen sofa covers, I noticed it turned into an OE error message, and the water is not draining as the lint from the sofa covers because there is so much of it has blocked the drain pipe, I tried to unblock it and clean the filter, And couldn’t do it I need someone to come out ASAP
