I have an old evaporative cooler on the roof and the water keep leaking as the pipe was not fixed

i have few pot plans under alfresco and need a drip water system setup as the summer is too hectic for these plans most of them are dying.

Need someone to come and have a look and fix a leak in the outdoor spa. Not sure where it’s coming from

Water tank parts and pipe need change. A crack leaking. Need Replace a new rainwater bucket. I don't want to change whole new water tank.

** Hi all ** 10/12 - Apologies about the edit to this task. I had a good suggestion that it was silly to fix the mixer tap but better to replace it (which makes sense). I would need someone to grab a similar mixer tap from bunnings and install it (of course making sure it doesnt wobble like the current one). If you could please quote/price the job including purchasing/supplying the mixer tap *** Mixer tap in the kitchen sink is loose. See attached still images and I can text a video to you if required. Needs some sort of attachment above and below the sink line perhaps to tighten and hold it in place. You can see from the images that there is a black grommet which has broken that perhaps used to keep it in place more.

The base of tap.becomimg lose affecting its working , need to tighten the base and if the tap.need to be replaced we will pay for the tap

Toilet in office warehouse has clogged a couple of times in the last month or so, usually we use a plunger to get the problem fixed but this time nothing is working and water is starting to come out from shower drain and backing up in sink drain

Kitchen tap cold side not working. Only hot water comes out and tap turns off when turned to cold. Got the tap from Bunnings already.

Leaking inside bowl after flush. Maybe needs new internal part. Rubber seal or new toilet tank.. please price me for labour only, I'll pay for additional parts if required.
