2000L Poly water tank leaks from a crack extending out approx 10cm from where the tap was connected (now moved) needs repair - an attempt at repair not so successful

The situation with the faucet is as follows: It is currently unusable because it cannot be turned open. The possible reason is that the golden rod is worn out and stripped. When turning it, it spins freely without perfectly engaging.

Brought 2 new modella rimless toilets. Turns out, tap is probably too close to wall so unable to install myself and more suited for a plumber i guess. As you can see in image, how close pipe is too toilet and you can see part of the drain at the bottom. Most likely tap needs to moved to the right a tad. Maybe the right person could make it fit if tap was the other way around. I have a second toilet for another room if you wanted to do it same time.

Tiles have come off the wall in the shower. An tap outside is leaking an i have put new washers but nothing's working.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area. We hoping we can get the job done late Jan/early Feb. The house is raised thus easier to work underneath if we need to change any pipes. We’re hoping to book in a quote after the 14th of Jan. Thanks. Supply & Change a tap washer in the bathroom

I have connection on Downpipe for small water tank. But the connection on heavy rain doesn’t let the water flow quick enough down the downpipe and at connection it pours out.. I was hoping someone can come up with better solution.

Just bought a brand new Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer with a water dispenser. The water inlet has been connected as part of the renovations carried out. But, the water dispenser is not working . Need someone to move the fridge forward carefully (it is a tight fit), check the connection and get the water dispenser working - assuming that the water outlet is working. Also, adjust the level of the fridge so that it is level.

We have had our kitchen tap come loose at the base - it looks as though some of the fixtures have eroded away.
