Tap leaking in laundry needs fixing

Hi, the plastic hose that sits under the tap and part that looks like a transformer likely needs replacement. When the tap is turned on it leaks. So, the water is not coming out from the tap to plastic screwed on section but under the plastic section ontop of the little box like part
