I need a handy man to fix a leak under my kitchen sink ASAP!

Need someone to replace water and drinking water filter for Phoenix water system. Can’t open the covers as too tight. I have the new filters but can’t open the outside covering as too tight.

Toilet leaking in downstairs bathroom, needs to be fixed. Rim on bath handle fallen off (photo attached), needs to be fixed. Plug sourced for bathroom sink (photo attached).

Remove & Install toilet & look at how effective drains are (& maybe fix if needed)

The outside tap has broken off the top so it needs a new tap

I have an outdoor drain that tree roots block every few years. I prefer the wirly worm unblocker device to be used, over the jet blasting method. It seems to be more effective. Not many plumbers use this method anymore, however, I am hoping that there is a plumber who may still offer this service.

Partial blockage of shower drain. Have tenants there we are interstate so can’t attend. For a general handy person there could be future work for small maintenance issues. Budget set to minimum as wanting to see what offers are.

There is water leaking in an outdoor area that is probably gutter problems.
