I need 3 downpipe top angles replaced, these are 100x50mm 95 degree. Downpipe are fine just the angle from gutter that joins downpipe

Our toddler has started toilet training and we want to install a 'family style' toilet seat (two seats - one for adults and one for kids - as well as the lid). We need someone to choose and purchase this kind of seat suitable for our toilet (please see photos), remove the existing seat and install the new one please. Price to include purchase of new seat please.

Two jobs: 1. Shower taps screaming when turned on, require multiple terms to reach required pressure and drip when turned off. Not sure if tap stems need to be replaced or just a good service. 2. Bathroom sink leaks from where S trap screws into wall outlet. Been siliconed multiple times but still drips. Sink also drains very slowly like its blocked but S trap and pipes have been taken apart and cleaned.

My toilet leaks at the back when I flush the toilet. I think the problem most likely is the tank-to-bowl gasket which needs to be tighten or replaced. Dishlex Dishwasher which is the one with the dials on the front. It is not draining water. I have checked the hose and entry into the S trap but no obstruction. I have cleared the filter but no food obstruction

Remove old toilet and replace with a new one.

The pipe connected with toilet seat and goes inside wall, has crack. Pls refer photo.

Cut and divert existing pipes in cafe kitchen from existing undersink grease raider. Have a look at photos below for better idea. Would like a diverter switch installed to the pipes. Will pay additional for parts.

Water is leaking/escaping the shower frame (shower door area)at the base of the shower. Have tried redirecting the shower head away from shower door and that has reduced the leak. Shower frame might need to be resealed but not 100% sure about it. Please see photos attached. Thanks.

One of the burners of the gas stove top, while I ignite makes clicking noise, the spark plug probably..and doesn't ignite it right away, I need to try it for over 30 seconds to actually get the flame to sustain.
