Water leaking somewhere on the property, need testing and fixing

Have a Holman automatic digital tap timer attached to garden tap. It’s been fine for years and suddenly started leaking, looking for someone to come out and resolve it. There is a part between tap and timer which believe is the problem

Toilet leaking on and off. looks like the seal needs replacing

Toilet has a leak at the bottom left hand side

Need replace L shape rusted joint and leak. It’s for kitchen sink pipe m. Replace with PVC

I need someone to fix a shower cartridge in my rental property in Oakleigh South. I don't have a photo unfortunately but it is one of those push pull ones with left/right cold/hot water taps

Need to fix rusty pipe and add from yard tap. Supply and installation everything by plumber. Need compliance certificate after job

Repair/ replacement a toilet bowl. Everything works. As shown in picture, the toilet bowl has been damaged. It needs fixed/ replaced.

Need water proof inspection before tiling

Excavate, supply and install materials required to cap/ seal water supply from street into property prior to water inside property boundary line. Return and re-install water meter when house has been removed from site.

Toilet leaking on and off. opened cistern, can't see anything visually wrong, either the ballcock doesn't rise high enough for some reason or the seal is not working and I can't see.

Will need guidance on how to measure and select a suitable toilet that will fit without leaving any gaps or holes from old unit (happy for you to come a day in advance to physically inspect and measure, or to chat back and forth via Airtasker) I will purchase the toilet and mixer tap from Bunnings or wherever and you can assist with replacing them. Alternatively happy for you to purchase on my behalf and I'll reimburse it. Price will include disposal of old toilet and mixer tap as well. Job is not super urgent but will appreciate if completed as soon as possible. Location is in Oakleigh South.

Replace bathroom sink tap, since it is leaking

I need a kitchen sink tap replaced. We have got a new tap and want that to be installed.

I wan’t loops in under sink pvc pipe shown in picture to be reduced to one.

I am in middle of Reno and changed plans. I would like to move current bathroom to marked laundry area. Current laundry will move to further out. The scope for this job is moving plumbing work ( shower, vanity and Toilet) to laundry area. Plumber can do best possible layout for new location. No need Reno the bathroom just new plumbing connection points.
