Blockage causing water to come out of multiple drains upstairs, when the shower is used. Have had a plumber previously unclog using a snake - but he didn't have a Jet Blasting unit. He said if the blockage persists it will need to be jetted - this was about 3 months ago and now the blockage has come back so I'd say it needs jetting.

Hot water from the tap appears muddy or rusty when first turned on after a period of inactivity, its more clear after a minute or two. Have been noticing for the past few weeks. I need someone to inspect, advise, and clean tank as necessary.

When flushing, water rises to almost the top of the bowl, then slowly goes back down. I have tried a plunger, Drano & a 4.5m auger (snake). Not of which have worked so far. One story 4 bedroom house is only 6 years old, so I’m hoping it should be an easy fix.
Needs to be more transparent with pricing.
