Possibly just needs tightening and some plumbers tape but I'm no expert. Seems to be leaving from connection of hose water connector at back of toilet. Potential for future plumbing/handyman work. Insurance and abn required.

It’s a metal one that sits in there permanently. You push it down to use it to fill the basin with water then you push it again and it lets the water out. But it’s stuck down, won’t let water out
