I need the wall-mounted taps in the kitchen removed and the plumbing adjusted to accommodate a mixer tap. The kitchen is currently bare, with no cabinetry to work around. Additionally, I need plumbing installed for a dishwasher.

I have already purchased a replacement mixer tap for the kitchen sink. I just need it to be installed

These are photos of the kids bathroom. Its used by a 3 year old and a 5 year old. They have old taps that are hard to open and close. Tiled shower is leaking. Cement-based grout showing cracks so would like the shower regrouted. Floor tiles are large 600x600, and wall are 300x600 (white) on one side and 600x600(grey on the other) - see photo. Only want the shower recess regrouted - floor and walls. Hi there I'm looking for a person with the skills and equipment to fix up a few minor items including a stiff window closing mechanism (it's a rotating / wind up mechanism), fix up a stiff fly screen, minor repair to sliding laundry door which has come off its runners, installation of new washers on four taps, and fix up a bathroom cistern that doesn't shut off.

My toilet is blocked and I need it unblocked

The work is requested for the fix, not for coming to provide a quote. Issue description: The flush mechanism doesn't seem to work all the time. When either of the flush button is pressed it doesn't trigger the flush. May require the entire flush valve replacement.

Blocked toilet Water not going down

Need someone to come and have a look at our toilet that is still working but something has snapped so the button won't flush it. You have to manually pull up the tube in the middle for it to flush.
